Jeffrey Pine, MSPH, CMC, MS, is the founding director of egis. He has directed county health operations and services in northern New Mexico for the department of health, and operated Community Health Services, an organization providing case management services to more than 200 individuals with HIV/AIDs.

Lydia Sckalor, RN, is a registered nurse with 15 years of clinical and case management experience with Kaiser Health Plan in California...She has been with  egis since 2002
